Payment Options

  • Credit Cards

  • All major credit cards are accepted through our secured servers.   • IMPORTANT: Credit card transactions are for USA addresses only. Please be advised that in some cases we will ask that you telephone your credit card bank prior to shipping. We may also telephone your bank in order to verify info. We verify the NAME on the card. We verify the BILLING ADDRESS including ZIP CODE. We verify the SECURITY CODE. We verify the SHIPPING ADDRESS. Your SHIPPING ADDRESS will need to be on file with your credit card company. We verify the TELEPHONE NUMBER. The telephone number must be a good working number. With a high dollar transaction, we will require you to telephone your credit card company before items can be shipped. For high dollar credit card transactions, we prefer American Express. AMEX offers their Charge Verification Program which protects both the seller and the cardmember. 
     

  • Paypal is acceptable for orders from CONFIRMED addresses only. Paypal payments are easily processed thru checkout.

  • Email option is available. You can email us to make payment arrangements.

  • Layaway arrangements have been increasingly used. Please email us and we'll set up a payment plan.

  • Credit Card Capture is a method of payment that allows you to securely and directly send to us your credit card info. We'll process the transaction for you. You'll receive your receipts after we process the information. Alternatively, the choice of the Credit Card option will give to  you the opportunity to process the transaction immediately and to receive your receipts immediately.

  • Telephone us during our business hours of 10am till 5pm Monday thru Friday at 602-265-7296. We'll take your credit card info and securely process your transaction. See our privacy policy below.

  • Cashier's Checks are accepted. We will verify the validity of a cashier's check by telephoning the issuing bank.

  • Wire Transfers are accepted.

  • Items shipped within the State of Arizona are subject to 8.1% sales tax.

Shipping

  • UPS Insured Shipping   - All items are shipped through UPS daily. Items paid for before 2PM MST will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, we will ship the next day.

Warranty

  • Inlaid Jewelry -   On-Line Purchase Return policy: It’s very likely that you will be very pleased with your purchase. A quick look at my eBay feedback will show you how other customers have been very happy with their purchases. I have many repeat customers as well. However, should you decide that this item was just not what you had in mind, then it can be returned. You would need to contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item. You would be responsible for all shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply. Once the item is delivered back to me and I see that it is in the same condition as it left, I’ll immediately refund your money. Further, very rarely, an inlaid item will prove to be defective, an inlaid stone may fall out. In a case like this, during the first six months, I will repair or replace the item. I would probably replace the item with an identical match since that would be much quicker. In these cases of repair or replacement, you would only be responsible for shipping charges. Jewelry that has been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for a return. No returns are allowed without prior authorization. See below for the On-Line Purchase Return Review Policy and Return Procedure. Thank you!

  • Estate and other Non-Inlaid Jewelry -      On-Line Purchase Return policy: For items purchased through the website. We make a great effort at detailing and picturing all our items. However, should you decide that this item was just not what you had in mind, then it can be returned. You would need to contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item. You would be responsible for all shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply. Once the item is delivered back to me and I see that it is in the same condition as it left, I’ll immediately refund your money. Any credits will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Jewelry that has been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for a return. Non-jewelry items that have been damaged or altered or attempted to repair will not be accepted for return. No returns are allowed without prior authorization.   • Loose Diamonds - Return policy: I make no provisions for a return of any loose diamond. However, I completely guarantee each stone to be as stated. Please email me with any questions.

  • No Refunds or exchanges on Layaways, Auctions or eBay items - All sales are final. No expressed warranty. Some exceptions to this policy may apply to non-electronic items and are listed at individual eBay auction sites. Please email me with any questions.

Guarantee

  • 14KT gold is 14KT gold. Diamonds are diamonds. I DO NOT misrepresent items or sell items that are not what I purport them to be. I do not guarantee the exact color and clarity of graded diamonds due to the subjective nature of grading. (Other sellers may misrepresent my stones in order to sell their stones; it really does happen!) I do make a very best effort for grading. When possible, I will supply an independent appraisal or work sheet. Every member of our staff each has an average of 20 years experience in diamonds. Our chief buyer, Marshall, is well-connected in the diamond market and purchases stones before a lot of American dealers get the opportunity. Most diamonds are sold with appraisals or certs. When you buy a loose diamond from us, you need to know that you are getting the very best possible price for the quality diamond that you have selected. The price you pay is a wholesale price for a quality diamond that would have cost substantially more in a typical jewelry store.

On-Line Purchase Return Review Policy and Return Procedure

  • The following applies to purchases made on-line at the Camelback Jewelry Plus website. The following does NOT apply to purchases made in-store or through an eBay auction. Please see an associate in-store for in-store procedures. No returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed for eBay auctions as all these sales are final. Please see above. Regarding on-line purchases, CamelbackJewelryPlus.com retains the option of applying a review period of up to 30 days to determine whether a refund should be awarded. When all information complies with our On-Line Purchase Return Policy, an appropriate credit will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Often, this refund will occur the following business day after we have received the item. On-Line Purchase Return Procedure. Because CamelbackJewelryPlus.com merchandise is often very valuable, we require that you take special precautions with a return. The return must be packed with the original packaging materials. Please be advised that you are responsible for all freight charges.

    Please note that CamelbackJewelryPlus.com will not accept collect or postage-due shipments. CamelbackJewelryPlus.com is not responsible for returned items lost or delayed during shipment back to us. CamelbackJewelryPlus.com will return unauthorized returns by UPS. These unauthorized returns will be billed COD for shipping.

    After we have credited the credit card that was used to make the purchase, please allow time for the credit to appear in the billing cycle. We will also notify the buyer via email that CamelbackJewelryPlus.com has applied a credit to the credit card. Note: For a refund to occur you must adhere to these policies and procedures 100%.
